What is Hand Lift?

Hand Lift explains vertical movement of the hands and identifies movement patterns.

Definition: Vertical movement of your hands, specifically the mid point of your grip. It is set to 0 at address. The number is negative when your hands are dropping below where it was during set up and positive when lifted higher than your address position.
